PA generativa

A public-administration model that uses generative AI to support administrative tasks.

PA generativa is a public-administration model that uses generative AI to support tasks such as drafting documents, summarizing files, classifying requests, and preparing internal notes. It does not replace the public official: the system produces suggestions, while a person remains responsible for the final administrative action. That distinction matters because generated text can be incomplete, inaccurate, or influenced by the data it is given.

In cybersecurity, PA generativa raises familiar controls in a new setting. If the model can read sensitive records, defenders need access limits, logging, data minimization, and human review to reduce leakage and misuse. In practice, attacks may try prompt injection, data poisoning, or social engineering to make staff trust unsafe outputs. Secure deployment means treating the AI as a controlled component of the workflow, not as an independent authority.
