Relazione diretta con il pubblico

a direct communication link that does not depend on third-party feeds.

A direct communication link is a channel that reaches an audience without relying on third-party feeds, ranking systems, or intermediaries. In cybersecurity, this usually means an owned channel such as email, SMS, a customer portal, or signed in-app messaging. The value of the channel is control: the sender can authenticate the message, set predictable expectations, and keep a stable path to users even when social platforms or external services are unavailable or manipulated.

Direct communication matters in defense because it is a common way to deliver security alerts, password reset notices, account warnings, and incident updates. It also creates a target for attackers, who often mimic trusted direct channels with phishing emails, spoofed domains, or fake support messages. Strong protections include domain authentication, message signing, clear branding, and user verification habits. When used well, a direct link reduces dependency on outside platforms and makes trust easier to manage.
